Summer is over. Time to come back. Not a punishment — a return. You ease back into discipline gradually so by Thanksgiving you are already clean. Then you fast. Then you reset.

September and October: weekends only — 1:1 ratio plus 2 drink max
Never drink two days in a row
Reintroduce daily Mind and Spirit habits
Tighten up diet — back to intentional eating
November: maintain weekends only heading into Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving: enjoy fully and consciously — 1:1 ratio plus 2 drink max
Post-Thanksgiving: choose your fast and commit

Post-Thanksgiving, choose your reset. Pick the fast that challenges you without breaking you. The key is intention.

The year ends here. The next one begins here too. Winter is about going inward — setting vision, building clarity, preparing the mind for who you are about to become when April 2nd arrives.

December: weekends only — 1:1 ratio plus 2 drink max. Protect the fast.
January: Dry January — full month no alcohol, community does it together
February and March: weekends only — 1:1 ratio plus 2 drink max

The Shway of Life is built on a foundation of non-negotiables. These apply year round — during the 80, in summer, in fall, in winter. Always.

Three rules. Every time. No exceptions.

1 Drink = 1 Water. Always.

Zero alcohol. Full stop. No exceptions. The maximum is zero.
Summer
Drinking permitted. 1:1 ratio plus 2 drink max. Always both rules together.
Fall and Winter
Weekends only. 1:1 ratio plus 2 drink max. Both rules always.
Dry January
The whole community goes dry together. No alcohol. Full month.
Never Two Days in a Row
No drinking on consecutive days. Ever. This breaks the habit loop before it starts.
Complete Sobriety
You never have to drink. Complete sobriety is always the elite choice. This program fully supports you.
